Returns & Exchanges

• Window: Items must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery.

• Condition: Items must be in original, unworn, unwashed condition with all Bharat Vastra tags still attached. Any signs of perfume, makeup stains (very common with over-the-head dressing), or alterations will void the return.

• Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and exclusivity, Jewelry, Sale/Clearance items, and Custom-stitched pieces are Final Sale.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged. We recommend using a tracked service via Canada Post.

• Refund Method: We offer Store Credit via Digital Gift Card.
